I set up on the back to work scheme a couple of months back. Iv been offered some work with a builder who wants me to work on a c45 or rct as its known now which means he rings revenue and sets up a contract for me to work x amount of days/weeks and he pays the tax to them. As far as im aware you have to be self employed to work this way. Can i work like this on the back to work scheme ? Social welfare or citizens advice could not answer this question for me.
