    Hi All,

Does anyone know anything about Knightstown Marina? Im finding it hard to find information online. Is it managed by anyone? I'm looking for somewhere there or near there to leave a small yacht for 3-4 weeks and trying to get an idea of rates (if there is any) etc?

    Cheers

    James

There is a good marina in Cahersiveen also. Two good eateries are O'Neills at Reenard Point (where ferry docks) and QC's in Cahersiveen.

Firstly I want to apologise for not thanking anyone who posted here. I never got a notification and only noticed the replys as I was browsing today

Secondly for any one who might have the same question. I spent the first night on the pontoon in portmagee. Nice small set up. Managed by the guy in the Moorings bar who is extremely friendly and helpful.

Moved the following day to Knightstown and left tied up to the wall there. There was only a small few craft on it. We tucked I'm behind the lifeboat. Left it here for about 3 weeks and all was well. No charge at that time.

    Cheers
