Lambs crippling up

I've a few lambs that are confusing me. There at least 10 days old. No scour not swelled just gathered up in them selves and walking like there lame but feet are fine. Ewes have plenty of milk. Vet gave me a anti biotic anti inflammatory and bottle a copper. He maintained mayb lacking in copper. But I dono about that ewes…

A response to antibiotics would suggest Joint Ill, otherwise consider White Muscle Disease. Presumably no swollen navels?
