    Hi,

    I see a lot of fitness personalities / celebs, etc... on Instagram recommend Flavor God spices / flavouring.

    Are they just another referral income, or are they genuinely a healthy 'spice / flavoring' alternative?

    https://flavorgod.com

    Has anyone here ordered from them before and / or what's your opinion?

    P

    What dafuq does an 'unhealthy' spice look like?!? Why would an alternative be needed?

    They're paleo seasonings.

    QED.

    Paleo.... spices. WTF. That's worse than that kosher "Bacon Salt" seasoning (which is actually pretty good, come to think of it).

    Cavemen relied on them on a cut.

    They're just blends. A lot of them have negligible sodium and sugar.

    Just use normal spices and you avoid paying a paleo premium.

    Cool, thanks... i guess it's falvourings i am referring to, and not "original" spices.

    Very few spices mixes would have sugar in them. And sodium isn't unhealthy. If you are following a paleo/whole food diet. You should probably be adding some to your diet. As fresh veg, meat, etc has very little. Especially if exercising

    Just had a look at the website linked above. Salt was one of the first few ingredients in any I checked.

    For example;
    Onion, garlic, salt, chilli, cumin, coriander, paprika, pepper, basil, parsley.

    I'd be surprised if tesco didn't have something similar for a euro.
