Channel 4s "all 4" not compatible?

I have two MXQ boxes. Channel 4s catchup service "all 4" will not run on either of my two MXQ boxes. I get a failure message stating my box is rooted and it's not compatible on a rooted box. Anyone know a way to resolve this please?

If not sorted as yet, I had the same/very similar issue on my Wetek (android install) which was resolved on this thread - In the play store is an app "Hide My Root". It had been working without hiding the fact that the box is rooted (sold rooted) but all of a sudden the All4 app stopped working (could have been an update to the app involved). Anyhow that linked above worked.
