    Ya....cheap enough mp3 that I used for treadmill mainly as there do noone about when I go/helps focus

    I do. Cheap enough to come across on ebay and the likes.

    Yes! :D My week has been an emotional rollercoaster, all of my own making of course. So I'll be glad to see the back of it.

    Yes, I will continue as nursemaid and parent with an occasional hour to myself late at night.
