    Probably yes

Would you be more upset with a diagnosis of a physical illness or a mental illness?

    Probably mental.

    Are you generally well?

Physically I hope so. Mentally there is the odd glitch.

How do you look after your mental health?

How do you look after your mental health?

Generally speaking, I would recommend being able to assess it on a rolling scale, if you get a couple of negative weeks, look more closely as to possible reasons why.
With respect to trying to maintain GMH, being able to identify both negative triggers and positive soothers is key. Trying to minimize the frequency and severity of the triggers and optimizing the frequency and opportunity of positive soothers is the challenge.

For me, soothers including exposure to nature, music and some form of exercise on a regular basis helps.

Do you drink tea or coffee purely to relax at times?

    I do. Mostly coffee.

Triggers, optimising frequency, positive soothers, assess on a rolling scale. Your use of language tells me you are a very 'heady' and thinking sort of person. Am I right?

    Am I right?

Not sure what you mean by 'heady' but I have had experience of the above.

Is drinking coffee to relax not some form of oxymoron given the caffeine content?

In your thoughts rather than your feelings :)

It helps me relax. I like how it tastes and having it in a nice mug.

    How is the day?

    Elements of it.

Do you think your current location will be where you live for the remainder of your life?

Barring a major upheaval in my relationship status then my current abode will be my final resting place.

At what age do you think you will retire?

I can and I'm pleased that it is.

Do you think Westmeath is an unoriginal name for a county?
