    My mother was married twice after my father ...one was a bank robber the other was a roadie ....no postman or milkman for me!!!

    I do. Mostly coffee.

    Triggers, optimising frequency, positive soothers, assess on a rolling scale. Your use of language tells me you are a very 'heady' and thinking sort of person. Am I right?

    It helps me relax. I like how it tastes and having it in a nice mug.
