Last night was really hard, I woke up couple of times, couldnt get back to sleep for hours, then got up wrote some emails , tried reading a bit and than back and finally got to sleep around 6am I think

If I can't sleep, I start creating a story in my head and working through it. The next morning I can't remember the story I was building.

Have you ever woke up abnormally early and been unable to go back to sleep? What do you do?

I do whatever I normally do in the morning to make everyone else think they are late.
