Max Lifts Boards. Best layout?

The owners of my gym are putting up a Max Lifts board. They're debating how to lay it out as all the boards in there currently are for best times in circuits , WODs etc so they're just a list.
They asked me what I thought and I was thinking break it down by
    A. Men, Women
    B. Squat bench deadlift
    C. Under and over a certain weight
    D. A wilks score if there's space

Is this a reasonable layout? For point c I'm thinking it'd be fairer that way rather than having a 70kg guy getting discouraged when he's looking at someone lifting that's nearly twice his size. That said, what's a good weight to have as a threshold?

Personally I think a board like this would work best:

    1. Men,Women
    2. Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Strict Press
    3. Wilks Score

The weight classes could be dropped and use the wilks score instead. There's no need for both imo, and a wilks score is the fairest way of accounting for bw.
