Liverpool fans plan on parading the streets before the game, as they did in the final stretch of the 13/14 season. Should help build up a fantastic atmosphere, which Liverpool will definitely need to gain an edge tonight.

Looking forward to hearing YNWA belted out.

Jesus have people learnt nothing from that season?

They like you a lot, but they love Klopp.

Edit: You probably know that of course but his nickname is the 'Pöhler' so now he is the Liverpöhler.

Annoyed Allen isn't starting. Thought Sturridge would get the nod too.

Really attacking lineup that, surprised we don't have Allen in as another defensive midfielder instead of Firmino.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,098 ✭✭✭MonkeyTennis

    wow!

    Going for it

Ward, Sturridge, Lucas, Allen, Skrtel, Smith, Ojo.

Can and Milner is risky with four in attack

Anyone know where I could order one of those jerseys and have it in time for kick off?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 32,587 ✭✭✭✭~Rebel~

Jesus, I'm not sure about that lineup, very very attacking.

Wonder if Klopp is betting that the atmosphere will have BVB cowed, with us bursting out of the traps. Get one or two early goals from pure adrenaline and chaos, and then bring on Allan at half time to steady the ship.

Christ almighty, that's an attacking line up. Have to go to the pub to watch this. May the force be with us.

You were proved wrong numerous times in the thread. Anyone saying Aubameyang isn't a clinical finisher is off their Rocker.

There'll probably be a few afterwards if it goes tits up who'll berate him for trying such an attacking line-up with an away goal in the bag but for me it's thrilling that we have someone in charge who's so clearly willing to want to win it rather than sitting back holding what we have.
    Bravo Klopp.

Can't see why orgi plays. He is not a goalscorer. No way in the world he will score tonight.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,477 ✭✭✭✭Knex*

Only thing I can think of is that with Dortmund needing to score, Klopp has the attacking lineup out there to exploit that, and counter them. In that case though, I'd rather Sturridge playing over Lallana.

I'd nearly have dropped Firmino for Allen as well.

If he doesn't, our backup striker should be full of confidence after scoring at the weekend.

I hope to see Ojo sprung from the bench to secure the win!

Great lineup, Can & Milner should be able to keep control of things, with Lallana & Coutinho playing Firmino will essentially be a 2nd striker with Origi.

Really relieved to see he didn't try and go boring with Lucas shielding the bck 4, attack is the best form of defence for this one.

Sturridge on for 2nd half no doubt.

Our backup striker is atrocious too. No way he scores coming off the bench tonight. No way in hell.

He should be playing benteke and sturridge instead of milner and can in fairness - Because thats why!

Thing about these two legs ties is you don't need to win either leg to go through.
