After tonight, Rashford at home to Villa is looking too good not to go with!

I'm actually thinking Aguero right now...

not a bad idea...home to villa makes him an almost automatic pick...almost ahead of alexis that is

Rooney not back so he will be on limited time, def not getting full 90 and Rooney will be taking over 30 mins maybe more.
Sanchez but tempted with Martial,Villa have zero to play for.Im swayed.

You all know that the answer is Lukaku!

That f**ker is the ultimate troll so the one week no one captains him he will get two hattricks :)

TC him and thank me when you get his 102 points :)

dropped lukaku to get in rashers even for a pts hit
reckon rashers will cover it and more just against villa alone

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,303 ✭✭✭Mike Ehrmantraut

Very tempted to take a -4 hit to bring in Sanchez for Ozil. Sanchez looks the best bet as captain this week.

Sanchez captained with Bench Boost activated.

Sanchez (or Ozil for the ones who don't own him) is the sensible choice.

Now, I feel nothing has ever been sensible this season so you may TC Hennessey and get rewarded by 2 CS, tons of saves and a peno save too and why not a goal à la Howard :pac:. After all, why not?!
How many of us really considered Lukaku was gonna deliver 4 pts in 180 min?

    1 from

    Sanchez
    Augero
    Martial
    Rashford
    Payet

Good punt. He could very well bring home the bacon.

I don't have Sanchez.... Not really sure who too put it on

    Martial
    Lukaku
    Aguero
    Ozil
    Payet
    Coutinho

    I really don't know

I think I'll be TC Aguero.

  • Registered Users Posts: 963 ✭✭✭Officer999

The three standout candidates are Sanchez, Aguero and Rashford.

And Sanchez is the only one guaranteed to start both games so it has to be him

is Rashford guaranteed the minutes though with Rooney set to return?

I wish I had a Euro for every time that question has been asked on this forum the last 2 weeks. ;)
It would probably pay off all the pay league entry fees I'm down!! :(

And still LVG hasn't logged on to reply. :)

My guess would be worst case 60 to 70 vs Villa and 30 vs Palace. But best case Rooney comes in for Lingard.

Arnie out - Iwobi in & I'm giving him the armband.
    Big gamble

Time to take a risk. Maybe Lingard. Will he more than likely start both games?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 16,096 ✭✭✭✭the groutch

I wouldn't put the armband on anyone whose not 99% certain to start both games

    That's a terrible idea.

Same, I think Ozil is the only one who I can captain or Robles :pac:

    Smalling(c) with DDG also.
    Please do not concede Utd!

    rashers :D haha

Rashford is a guaranteed starter for both games. Even if Rooney comes back (which he probably will over the course of the two games) he'll be taking the number 10 position at expense of Lingard/Mata.

I'm actually thinking of transferring in Smalling as captain as well.

Was gonna go Sanchez all week, but looking at it again, I think it has got to be a United player.

Home to Villa at the weekend, followed by a Wednesday fixture against a team who will have both eyes on the FA Cup Semi Final 4 days later (that they will lose ;) ).

So step forward Anthony Martial. Genuinely am tempted by a left field punt on Smalling but will play it kind of safe.

Liverpool fan agreeing with Man U fan shock!

Gained 80k places two weeks ago, wildcarded and promptly lost 73k places.
Time to take a risk . United attacker in two good fixtures. Worried about rotation though.

Lemme just state I am most definitely not a United fan :pac:

I don't think LVG can afford to ditch Martial with so much riding on the games. With City away to Chelsea tomorrow, United could very well be in pole position for 4th place if they get 6 points from these two games.
