Hi guys, we are renting in the Boyne Meadows estate in Edenderry. Three months into our contract and the landlord has tradesmen in and out of the house covering up cracking to the rear of the property. The cracking is quite extensive. I worked for a couple of years in construction so I am highly suspicious of the pyrite situation. The LL is an ignoramus and can't be spoken to etc. Just wondering does anyone know of any issues in this estate?
    Cheers,
