Did sex change how you feel about how you look?

I was never into the girly things. Never wore jewellery, a haircut meant getting the split ends cut off, wore a little bit of lipstick and sometimes nail polish but only wore more make-up than that if we were going somewhere special. I was totally comfortable with that. It isn't that I didn't care, I wouldn't leave the house dirty or with unbrushed hair or anything.

Last night I slept with by boyfriend, it was my first time.

This morning I wore full make-up just to go to Tesco (something I'd never have done before), I just didn't feel right leaving the house without it, and by the time I came home I'd had my eyebrows waxed, hair tinted and completely restyled, and my ears & belly button pierced.

It seems my idea of how I'm comfortable looking has completely changed overnight.

Well that had to be some mad sex. And to answer the question, no it didn't. Kids did that only into opposite direction. Every so often when I am only popping out to butcher's on Saturday I don't bother with make up anymore. I'm not exactly sure it's progress.
