    Unsurprisingly it depends on what the product or service is. The cost could go from nothing to millions.

    Still depends i'm afraid. You could do it for free (or for the cost of adding to iTunes) or you could spend millions doing it. You're going to have to do some proper research on it and this isn't really the place to find out what you are after I am afraid.
