    If you were stopped for no tax and no insurace on the 25janurany 2016
    And have heard nothing since is that a good thing or bad I have all thing in date on

    Did you have tax and insurance on the day just not displayed, I presume your getting a court summons. If you had them just not desplayed try contacting the Garda. I doubt very much they've forgotten.

    Insurance would be the issue, no insurance company will back date insurance cover . But some give a grace period... any way main issue is the gardai not contacting... sit and wait..did they ask you to bring documents to the station ??
