Code has changed to GOLAKERS, thanks OP.

Edit - on checkout it says Ireland is not a valid shipping destination??

Edit 2 - Works on Firefox (with UNIDAYS40), thanks :)

Basically, good quality, affordable, and not owned by Luxottica. Luxottica are the company who own pretty much every sunglasses brand you've ever heard of. They also own sunglasses hut. Who don't sell anything not owned by Luxuttica.

Out of interest, did you know that RayBan used to be sold for the equivalent of a tenner a pair in garages all across the states? Before Luxottica bought the company, of course...

They're sun glasses ffs. The reviews on there make it sound like a matter of life and death to get the right light going through your lens.

€9 shipping when I ordered two pairs using the discount code yesterday afternoon. Delivered from Spain by DHL this lunchtime. I'm impressed by the speed. Haven't been home to examine the sunglasses yet.

Discount code is gone but replaced by a free shipping code, which if you're buying a €25 pair is almost as good as the 40% off.......

    40% yielded €10-16 discount but €9 shipping.

Ordered yesterday. Email from Hawkers but still no email to follow up with a tracking number. Should I have received them by now if I ordered them yesterday afternoon? No tracking number from DHL so how can I chase this up?

Email will come from zeleris.com, with your tracking number. Hawkers website says 2-5 days delivery so wouldn't worry just yet

No idea how good they are. I just ordered and used the code from the OP to get a 10% discount. There's a code on site for free delivery, the code from the OP saved me an extra Euro:D

    They deliver to Ireland.

Yeah - Hawkers.com are accepting UNIDAYS code now but will not permit adding ZERO code for free delivery - its 1 or the other.

Any1 know site offering Free Delivery + Accepts Disc Code - I know that may sound like askin 2much - worth a try.

Anyone still waiting for Hawkers to send on a DHL tracking number??

Ordered & paid last Tuesday. Only one follow up mail to say a tracking number would be en route yet none incoming yet.

Should I wait it out another day or 2? Or are most of us in a similar boat?

Should I just reply to the order confirmation email then? contact@hawkersco.com ?
This is odd, not very happy to be honest.
Gave them the correct address and been charged, I even ordered them before you so that's telling in itself something's wrong here. Used the UNIDAYS40 discount too.

Got these delivered the other day. Very nice sunglasses for the money. Having owned rayban wayfarers these are comparable however a bit narrower then I would like. (my head width would be average-above average).
Apart from that I would recommend these to anyone:D

If so , please pm to me.
    Thanks

HH50 for 50% off classic and premium. Till end of today only I believe.
Shipping is a flat €7 and free for orders over €100 (before discount) so maybe go in with a few people for cheaper shipping.

Got two pairs today in the post.

They are nice but wish I went with black lenses rather than the blue.

Use the code 50UNIDAYS to get 50% off (dosent work on all the glasses but definitely works on the original series)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,499 ✭✭✭skinny90

I have a pair of rayban polorised. Love them to bits but don't wanna fork out for a pair of wayfairs. Are they good for driving?

Are you on the UK site? Definitely working on the Original Series

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,028 ✭✭✭d31b0y

    I got two pairs.
    https://www.hawkersco.co.uk/products/carbon-black-dark-one
    and
    https://www.hawkersco.co.uk/products/diamond-all-black-classic

First pair, the arm on the glasses was broken. THey replaced without fuss and told me to keep the orginal broken pair to use as spares.
The plastic feel to them is pretty cheap but it also makes them incredibly light so you can hardly notice them on. I find them great for driving. Cuts the glare very well and they are very comfortable.

Second pair are pretty average. They don't look right when you have them on and I've had a few people try them on to see if it was just my head shape. They are far better constructed though. Much better joints on the arms etc.

I'm not disappointed with my purchases but if I was going again, I would have avoided the second pair.
Don't think I would buy at full price, but 50% off is a nice price. They do free shipping all the time with the ZERO code (it's one code or the other so free shipping or 50% off). If they don't have the 50% off at the moment and you are only buying one pair, the free shipping might be enough to persuade you. As I said above, it's €7 flat shipping.

@emmetkenny thanks! I was on the US website.

@d31b0y so that's basically 19 GBP for 1 pair with ZERO, or 24 GBP for 2 pairs with 50UNIDAYS. I'll take the second pair for 6 GBP to throw around on a sandy beach, or even wear inside the water :)

Well, obviously if the 50% off is working you aren't going to use the free shipping code :pac:

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 58 ✭✭jlynch

    HCW20TOM gives 20%
    H15 gives 15%

anyone have discount codes with more than 20% off? the 50% ones dont seem to work anymore.
