Going to Germany today could be a bit bumpy with turbulence, would be great to see some electrical storms

Met Eireann will issue an orange warning for tomorrow for thunderstorms with in excess of 50mm in some places with local flooding possible.

Midlands and north midlands unfortunately , oh well I'll be working anyway.

Convective weather have a forecast out too. Slim pickings really the nw to benefit is anything. There is a risk of some imports if things get going in wales.

A real humdinger went through Leitrim not too long ago. Radar was very impressive

I really could do with a bit of a downpour to fill my water tanks here, am watching a "blob" on radar just south of Carrick on Shannon which looks heavy and is hopefully in line with me, I hope it lasts.
