Lets say a young woman is visiting her aunt who has a son. The son is 17 and the young woman 19. There's not enough bedrooms and the father suggests that he sleeps with the boy but the woman says that she's fine sleeping in the same bed as their son

Would you allow knowing that both parties are mature enough to sleep in the same bed?

Unless you're from Leitrim I don't see the issue*

Dundalk is out of the question too.

Is it ok for two cousins to sleep in the same bed? Yes.

Is it ok for two cousins to partake in a bit of varied position sweaty sex while in this bed? Nope.

17 year old son should sleep in the shed. Problem solved.

It really depends on the individual kids and their parents and whether you trust people. Would we allow a 30-year-old and 31-year-old cousin to sleep in the same bed? Do we think those particular kids are too hormonal to be trusted near someone they likely have no interest in to begin with? I wouldn't just go putting ideas in their heads.

Thinking back on what I was like at that age, I would prefer my privacy, but it wouldn't otherwise have been an issue. I mean, I just wouldn't have thought it was even a thing to mess around with my cousin. And I am from the American South, so stick it in your ear :P :)

If its just sleeping then what the issue ??

Jesus .... try sharing a bed with a russian lad you don't know for a few weeks while looking for proper accomodation ... jesus I wish it were my cousin!!!

It's hardly ideal in terms of privacy but Jesus just because you share a bed with someone isn't going to mean you automatically want to have sex with them.

The 19 year old should sleep with the boys father as they're not blood related so sexy time would not be as frowned upon.

I know at least one family where it very well might be safer for a teenage boy to sleep on his own than to sleep with the dad. Just saying.

17 (boy) and 19 (girl)? nah no matter what is the 19 year old girl is quite good looking, no matter if its a cousin it would be very hard for him to lay next to her I guess.

    Better not to

It's a pretty good premise but the "actors" who play these cousins have got to good to pull it off. Dialogue should be interesting.
We are talking about a porno, right?

There was an old woman who lived in a shoe, she had so many children she didn't know what to do...
Imagine when the cousins came over to stay.

If the girl isn't interested in him, and he isn't a rapist, then your objection is moot.

17 year olds will get up on anything.

I'm not sure I like the implication that all 17-year-olds are rapists. FFS let's give good kids a chance instead of tarring them all with the same brush, shall we?

If your trying to keep the wealth in the family it's a good idea, a 19yr old would get up on a hairy hand.

What's the point of the question?

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.
