Cheap USB Saorview tuner that works on OSX

Hi, I see there are lots of £5-10 tuners for saorview online but they are all for PC and I don't own anything that runs Windows. Are there USB tuners that will pick up Saorview for a similar price but work on Mac? Thanks

I don't know if it's still the case but I remember a few years back that Elgato pretty much had a monopoly on Mac TV hardware and charged an arm and a leg for it.
