So took the big step and decided once and for all im loosing this weight and I'm on a serious "mission" to fit into a dress for a friends wedding. Its about 4 inches away of tying up on me and because it's a side zip it feels like it's harder to tie it up :) I'm looking for a few tips on how to quicken this process a little bit. At the moment I do 2 strength/weights class and 1 cardio based class I am increasing the cardio to 2 days a week.
My breakfast is 40g oats made wi almond milk I have apple chopped up in it
At 11 I have 20g of pistachios and banana and cup of tea with 2 sugar
At lunch I have either chicken breast with sugar snap peas green beans and sweetcorn
Or chicken breast wi leaves, onion, beetroot tablespoon of sweet chilli sauce, and boiled egg
At dinner then I have chicken or salmon and veg(peas sweetcorn broccoli and green beans)
In the eve then I have cup of tea with 2 sugars and 3 squares of 80% dark choc
I drink about 2 litres of water a day.

Have you calculated your TDEE yet and your calorie intake?
It'd be a good idea to cut back on sugar too. 4 tsbp in your tea daily, sweet chilli sauce is laced with sugar and I'm not sure about the dark choc, but I'd say it has sugar too.
Your not taking in many carbs either.

I'm going to sound bit stupid here but what's TDEE?
I try to keep away from carbs or should I be including them in my diet? I'm actually fairly lost here.
4 teaspoons of sugar in my tea it's over the,day I have 2/3 cups of tea.

Carbs are not the enemy. You need carbs for energy and recovery. Obviously don't overdo them either.
Your diet should be made up of healthy carbs, protein, and fats. Look up macros.
TDEE is total daily energy expenditure.
It's the total amount of calories you use in a day.
If you consume less calories than your TDEE then you lose weight. If you consume more then you gain weight. I'm by No means an expert and there's guys and girls on here far more knowledgable than me. But macros do play an imports roll so do some googling on them.
Btw, 3 cups of tea is 6 spoons of sugar you could do without.

Just start with working out what calories are in what you eat. MyFitnessPal is a great app. Yeah, macros have a role but step 1 is calorie balance. Eat less than you burn and you're in a deficit, which is what you need to lose weight.

Diets are complicated but maybe drop the pistachios since they are 45% fat and full of energy.
