    Hi,
Not sure if this is the right place to post this.
My mother is currently with imagine wimax for phone and broadband.
    I presume it is VOIP.
Currently there is a single phone socket near the router which is connected to a wireless phone.
Can I split this to put another phone downstairs?

Alternately can i put a double dect type setup in.
Do the double phone thingys from argos etc require 2 phone inputs or does 1 input work for both phones.

    Hope this makes sense.
    Thanks
    Sham.

If the phone is connecting via a regular RJ11 connector then you can really add anything you like as its "pretending to be" a regular phone line.
