Hi, I'm just back from the gym for the first time in three years (let's not laugh at the newbie on the treadmills) and I think I overdid it.

In my time since the last workout I was diagnosed with blood pressure related vasovagal syncope, where I can pass out if my BP is too high/low. I felt quite dizzy after my workout and I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips on how to ease myself back in?

Today I did a 5k cycle and 15 minutes brisk walk on the treadmill. Does that sound too much too soon?
