Hi guys, I had return flights booked with Ryanair for next week (not checked in) and need to cancel it. I bought Insurance Plus with it but I can't seem to figure out how to cancel/get a refund? Can anyone help me?

Seems to be just an email address to make a claim...

Depends on the reason to cancel as to whether you will be able to claim, it's in the terms and conditions what's covered, normally it's illness to yourself, a family member or a bereavement. Simply not wanting to go won't be covered.

My grandad that we were to visit is too ill to accommodate us, hopefully that will be covered. Thanks

Just on a side note for this! Was told by a live-chat Ryanair rep that I couldn't cancel, could just not show up and get no refund even with insurance. Then when I pointed on the T&C's that said I could she sent me a link to a form to fill out (about 11 pages long!).

    Thennnn...

As it happened, due to bad weather the flight was delayed over 3 hours so we were offered a refund if it was inconvenient. Luck, eh :D
