We requested a statement for a savings account on Feb 11th and still nothing. What is the policy on this?

Why does it take so long to print literally 2 pages and post it to someone (within Ireland) AND why on earth are there no electronic copies available? It's 2016.

Any insight appreciated - we have sent a complaint email and no reply. Shocking customer service.

Branch is Stephen's Green, Dublin 2.

    Hi,

Thank you for contacting us here on Boards.ie.

We’re very sorry to hear this.

Can we ask you to please send an Ask a Question via the Online service desk and in the subject put ‘FAO
BOARDS TEAM’ and we will arrange for a member of the team to action your request.  Please include the dates and the account you want the statement for.

    Hope this helps,
