Subscription not carrying over

    Just paid a fiver to get a months sub, as my message limit was hit, and I wanted to PM someone. When on my Paypal transaction list, I noticed that I had paid €13 for the 3 month sub (I can provide a transaction ID, if you want), which also never activated.

    Thus, I was wondering could you activate the €13 three month sub, and refund me the fiver?

    The office will need to correct this one. The automated system is interrupted by recent events still.
