Bosch Dishwasher Error Core: E 20 - Help!

    Our Bosch dishwasher is, intermittently, showing the error code E20.

    Any idea what this means and what I should do about it?

    Something I can do myself, or a job for an engineer?

    E 20 indicates a circulation pump problem,it may be worth tilting the machine forward to see if water leaks out from underneath as they have an aqua sensor which may be activated occasionally or continuously if a permanent water leak

    Many thanks for the reply. I am very grateful.

    It is a fitted unit as part of a fitted kitchen.

    So, I don't think I could tilt it forward - to be honest, I'd be afraid of damaging it, anyway.

    The annoying thing is, the fault is intermittent.

    Since this error code started appearing (about 2 weeks ago) it always runs; it's just that sometimes it doesn't run the full cycle.

    Had to cancel an engineer call-out tomorrow coz I won't be here now.

    So, will see what happens over the next few days.
