Hi, I was thinking of giving crossfit a shot, have heard good things about it. Can anyone recommend a club in Dublin 15 and any other general info or opinions on cross fit?

There's Crossfit 15 is Rosemount Business Park (I think) in Blanch. I don't do crossfit but I've heard it's a pretty good spot...good coaches

I have never done crossfit style training either but I have a few friends who go to RF Strength and conditioning based out in Blanch and they think its great.

Go to CrossFit Fifteen. Dara is a great coach and the gym's beautiful.
