VirginMedia unstable connection

    Hi Folks,

    Have anybody experience a problem with VerginMedia, where the modem connection with the backend network lost multiple times during the day.

    Actually from Day one of my subscription with VerginMedia, I found that Modem lost the connection with the backend ( When I log to the Modem I found the Network access status denied) and then after the modem itself rebooted.

    and it may keep doing so for sometime, and then a stable connection, then back again to flapping.

    I have contact VirginMedia and replaced the Modem two times, and still the same problem.

    when VirginMedia technician came and measure the power level of the cable it was ok. and he told me there is not anything he can do !

    so anyone face such a problem ?
