Good Breakfast Ideas

    Hey Guys,

Looking for some ideas to change up my breakfasts a bit. At the minute most mornings I have 2 x bacon medallions and some variation of 2 x egg (scrambled, fried or boiled) with a slice of toast or similar.

Just looking for some alternatives rally. Not a huge fan of porridge but may be willing to give it another try, what else should I be looking at?

Are there any quick examples of good high protein breakfasts I should try?

    Thanks

Faye yoghurt. Or the glenisk with chia seeds is quite nice.

Sometimes I'll make up a big frittata with ricotta and spinach for the week.

    Smoked salmon.

    Scrambled eggs with chilli/jalepenos/siracha.

    Greek yoghurt/cottage cheese/quark and fruit.

    Eggs and avocado.

Proats (1 scoop whey + desired qty of oats, add boiling water, mix, stick in microwave for 1 minute).

Smoothie (whey, peanut butter, oats, greens, yoghurt, anything really).

Protein pancakes (2x eggs, 1 banana, 1tsp baking powder, handful of oats, 1 or 2 scoops of whey, water/milk/milk alternative.. blend altogether, subject to heat in a frying pan and enjoy).

Protein mug/bowl cake (scoop of whey, tsp baking powder, water/milk/milk alternative - add enough liquid to make a stiff batter, throw in microwave for ~1 minute or until desired cake like texture).

    Huevos rancheros

Protein french toast (1 scoops whey, 2 eggs, add water/milk/milk alternative, mix it all about, dip bread in and subject to heat on a pan).

Baked proats (same as proats, just bake em in the oven).

Omelette (eggs, shít loads of veg).

Cannelini bean brownies (1 can cannelini beans, 1 scoop whey, heaped tsp cocoa powder, flour/oat flour/coconut flour/whatever, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 egg whites, water/milk/milk alternative enough to make a stiff batter, bake @180 for 15 mins).

    oh right...

Maybe pancakes? Banana pancakes aren't too high in calories :)
