And Arsenal are at home of course. Can a moderator change it around please?

    Looking forward to this one.

Here's hoping it's as entertaining (and the same result) as the last time these two teams met :D

Just in that opening video it's interesting to hear Ranieri talk about the collective and the importance of playing with 11 at all times. It's in stark contrast to the other top teams in this league.

    Positive start

I hate Alan Smith as a pundit. He generally goes all out against Arsenal to try make sure he can't be accused of bias. With him also being former Leicester it might not be as bad today hopefully

Arsenal well on top so far.

    Big penalty call there.

Arm moved into the path of the ball. Definite penalty there.

    Blatant penalty.

    Atkinson at it again.

Kanye definitely put a movement towards the ball

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,999 ✭✭✭omega man

No surprise Alan Smith says no penalty. Clearly brought his arm up to help control the ball.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,337 ✭✭✭✭monkey9

It wasn't a blatant penalty lads ffs. Right decision from the ref.

Hope the crowd really gets on the ref's back about some of the challenges. Leicester going to be defending a lot today.

Not a definite penalty at all. I'm sorry, there's no deliberate movement to the ball at all. And he can't get his hand out of the way in such a short amount of time.

Should have started with Walcott up front.

Should have started with Walcott up front.

Imagine Walcott chasing that instead of Ramsey....

He clearly lifts his arm up towards the ball, watch it again. Anyway doesn't matter now.

Good goalkeeping there from Schmeichel. Best goalkeeper in the world.

Watch about 30 seconds after it and you'll see better goalkeeping from Petr.

Great but not the best yet.

Is it just me or did Ramsey look like he slowed up a bit and chickened out of going fully for that ball against Schmeichel.

    Like he done v Burnley???

All he had to do was get to it and let the keeper take him out. No need for his finishing, or lack thereof :p

No he doesn't. His whole body steers over to his left, the ball hits off his arm and chest. His arm his down by his side and it's hit at him from about five yards. Never a penalty.

    Ox looking lively

Never been a fan of these lunch-time kickoffs but this is fairing out to be a very good game.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 29,314 ✭✭✭✭Quazzie

Leicester finally getting into their game and applying some pressure now.

First goal will be vital here I think.

Ffs Arsenal please don't play it out from the back when under pressure.

    Crowd is poor.

    Not enough aura tbh.

Need to keep it simple in our own half

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,868 ✭✭✭Andersonisgod

When pressed, Arsenal really do struggle with the first phase of their build up play. 6 times in a row they've just given it away, 4 of those in dangerous areas and they just don't recover well. Something to look out for in that CL tie because I think it will be a big factor.
