A field of dead thistles would have tackled better than the Scottish back line just there.

Cracking try there. Wales have to be favorites for the title this year.

When tested at a higher level consistently, they realised he was a more powerful version of Fionn Carr. Found out badly in defence.

Did Carr retire? Never heard of him again after his stint with Leinster.

Converted by Biggar. Glad they only show his head now before he kicks!

Very difficult to stop someone taking the ball with such pace and power at that angle. I'd point the finger at Hardie and possibly Laidlaw. The others never had a chance.

Has had a couple of outings for Connacht this season I think.

If Scotland beat Wales, and Wales win the rest of their games, and England beat France, and Ireland win the rest of our games, then we might still win the championship

    Easy

Once again Scotland have me look like an idiot in front of real people

Back at Connacht and still using up a squad spot. Confidence was shot by the time he finished at Leinster.

infairness he started the season well for connacht but got injured again and hasn't been seen since...

shame Irish 7's side only started now as he is ideal for that code

Wales were 10/11 @ -4 at half time.
    Unbelievable value!
Same for them to win by 13 points.

Nice finish by Taylor! Lovely little step and a great line.

Ah fair play to Scotland - lovely try!

Bit of a depressing way for the match to end from a Scotland pov. Needless.

    That pass at the end...

Wales deserved that. But Scotland not shabby. They'll put it up to Ireland.

    Unbelievably accurate, you mean!

I'm gobsmacked at how poor Scotland's clock management at the end was. They wasted 2 minutes kicking to touch (should have quick tapped) and then another minute kicking the conversion (should have drop kicked it). It was so so bad and I point the blame at the coaches. Do teams not practice how to act in these situations?

Davis try the difference in the end. It shouldn't have been allowed.

Enjoyable match. Much more attack by both sides albeit in better conditions.

Scotland are crucified by their front row: Ford a lottery at the line-out, and average scrummaging props who are a liability in open play.

There are definitely some handy Lions tourists among the Scottish side though.

Edit: NB Losty Dublin picking wales by 42-14...really?!

    Why not?

    Why not?

He was ahead of Roberts when Roberts got his hand on it.

What kind of winger can't even nearly outrun a 12? Why is Tom James on the pitch?

Ironic thing is the much maligned Cuthbert would have probably run that one in ........

Average performance by Wales but good enough to win the game .... and that is what counts.

Onwards to France a week on Friday.

Couple of weeks together now and I would expect a far more coherent display ..... more aggression required too.

Looking good for a showdown with the English for the title!
