I officially have no idea how to make up ground.

I'm convinced you could've left your team with Ozil, Mahrez, Vardy, Lukaku, Kane, Alli, as 6 of your front 7 since November, and nobody would be catching you.

Annoying thing about Aguero is that he has Villa and Norwich in 3GWs time. So will need to keep him around.

Will depend on the FA Cup, if that goes to a replay, one of those gameweek could be blanked

If only the GW ended yesterday. Did fairly average in the end, though at least I did move up about 50k places so that's something.

Something I don't understand in fantasy football. Today I had Danny Simpson for Leicester who got sent off, got minus points for the sending off, but then also got minus for 2 goals conceded , even though he had been sent off 25 mins before the 2nd goal was conceded. Is this a mistake, or is it correct?

It's correct
Say he got sent off on 60 minutes and had a clean sheet
Then his sending off means they concede and the other defenders lose their clean sheets . Should he keep his ?
That's the way it works
It's different if he is subbed off

Same here, just about done now so easy street from here till season end. Might even blow the wildcard soon or just take a - 8 to get Vardy etc in.

Yeah one of the guys in my league who has traditionally finished 1 million-ish every year is ranked roughly the same as me. He hasn't made a transfer in five weeks, and is starting two injured players every week for the last three weeks.

But he's still matching me, if not slightly catching up, and honestly, that's pretty off-putting! :rolleyes:

Lads I think the next few gameweeks will be where we can hope to catch up on those kind of teams, 4 teams not playing next week, then GW 30 and then planning for the DGW's is where we should gain some advantage for our efforts.

34 points this week, captain blank and defensive horror show the culprits..

It won't be happening mate.

We've all been saying it will eventually turn and this, that and the other. Fair enough for 5, 10 even 15 gameweeks but we've played 26 gameweeks now.

The season has been an anomaly as is evident by how many of the players that are there or thereabouts every year are struggling. It's a write off at this stage.

Points total is now 1433.
Puts me at an average of 55 points per GW which I'm happy with.
Any year I get close to breaking 2100 I'm happy.
