    Munster:
    Andrew Conway; Darren Sweetnam, Francis Saili, Rory Scannell, Ronan O'Mahony; Ian Keatley, Duncan Williams;
Dave Kilcoyne, Mike Sherry, John Ryan; Dave Foley, Mark Chisholm; Billy Holland - capt., Dave O'Callaghan, Jack O'Donoghue.

Replacements:Niall Scannell, Peter McCabe, Mario Sagario, Robin Copeland, Shane Buckley, Tomás O'Leary, Cian Bohane, David Johnston.

    OSPREYS
    15 Dan Evans
    14 Tom Grabham
    13 JJ Engelbrecht
    12 Josh Matavesi
    11 Ben John
    10 Sam Davies
    9 Brendon Leonard (Capt)

    1 Nicky Smith
    2 Sam Parry
    3 Dmitri Arhip
    4 Rynier Bernardo
    5 Rory Thornton
    6 Joe Bearman
    7 Sam Underhill
    8 Dan Baker

    REPLACEMENTS
    16 Scott Otten
    17 Gareth Thomas
    18 Ma’afu Fia
    19 Adam Beard
    20 Olly Cracknell
    21 Rhys Webb
    22 Owen Watkin
    23 Tom Habberfield

Good to see Jack O'Donoghue get an opportunity in his normal position of number eight. Peter McCabe makes his first competitive appearance from the bench after being out with a pectoral injury. I'm hoping for a big game from Chisholm who has been quiet so far. This is the kind of match that he really needs to step up in a leadership role.

I think it's fair to say GVDH won't be getting renewed if he doesn't make this 23. I'm glad to see an Irish player like Sweetnam get an opportunity ahead of him.

JOD almost always scores a try when he plays at eight.

Debut for Springbok JJ Engelbrecht, Rhys Webb on the bench. Not a bad team considering they're missing loads of players but should be a home win.

That's a really good Ospreys team, beware!

Munster will do very well to get anything here....savage midfield for the Ospreys!! Engelbrecht was a huge signing for them....you'd wonder how they pulled it off!!

Davies-Matavesi-Engelbrecht is a very dangerous combination. Webb to come off the bench too is another threat.

DOC was ruled out before kickoff. JOD back to 7, Copeland 8 with Conor Oliver added to the bench.

Williams in for a try after charging down Leonard's kick.

Ospreys look dangerous, but their mistakes are keeping Munster going......Munster need to capitalise on every one of those mistakes.

    You started without me!

    Solid scrum

    Sweetnam. You legend.

Phew, good pace to defend that

    super tackle!

Very nearly a 14 pointer. Keatley needs to buy Sweetnam a pint.

    Sweetnam. You legend.

Great covering tackle. Sweetnam showed great pace.

Munster have done very well not to concede there. Although throwing an intercept when you're metres from Ospreys try line is a hangable offence imo. Who was it who threw the pass?

    Oh. It was Keatley.

Great saving tackle by Sweetman. Great the support arrived quickly too.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,433 ✭✭✭✭thomond2006

It was a dreadful interception. That was 14-0 butchered.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 26,899 ✭✭✭✭BBDBB

Better than throwing one only metres from your own line

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 24,258 ✭✭✭✭Buer

Ospreys player would have been better off trying to bounce Sweetnam rather than step him. Left it to late to step him and just killed his own momentum. Great read from DS on the step.

Engelbrecht at the Ospreys? Gotta love that sterling exchange rate I guess.

I Webb being eased back in or has he fallen to third choice SH since the injury?

Eased back. This will be his first appearance back, I think.

How was that not a pen for hanging on?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,077 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

Ah try - 23 phases by Ospreys.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,433 ✭✭✭✭thomond2006

Very poor from Chisholm. Davies is a quality operator, you'd wonder how long Ospreys will be able to hang onto him as he's never going to be first choice with Biggar signed up. He's only 22 also.

Bit bewildered by it. Can only guess that he isn't supporting own weight?

Damn, thought they'd spilled it there

But he was squatting, his legs were bent

    Oh great try by sailli

Nice one Francis. We need to see more of that.

Davies goes from hero to villain with a brainless offload.

    WOW! SAILI!!!!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 24,258 ✭✭✭✭Buer

Classy from Saili. Sloppy from Ospreys. Never got organised after a terrible turnover from Davies.

Very lucky that Englebrecht kicked that too far ahead.

    Munster making plenty of turnovers.

    Nice turnover

Rats. Thought Munster were in there.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 24,258 ✭✭✭✭Buer

With a little more patience and clinical passing, this could be 40-35. Both sides are letting the opposition run through like water.

Keatley flirting with another intercept there in a near identical position, putting too much air on a relatively short pass to the wing.

Hodges seems be doing a lot of talking.

    Careless mistake by the o's

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 26,899 ✭✭✭✭BBDBB

Some fantastic clear out work there, shame it came to nothing

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 26,899 ✭✭✭✭BBDBB

O's playing right on the edge to slow things down........and they get away with it when we knock on

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 26,899 ✭✭✭✭BBDBB

O,s scrum going backwards at a rate of knots

Didn't realise this was on tg4 as wel as s4c. Tried to put on the player there and it says the rugby is on but it's showing some programme about GAA, anyone else got this problem?

    Foley really has gone backwards.

The tg4 website is awkward as feck go to the home page and look for the beo link the player will send you everywhere else

Nah I'm definitely on the live stream, the beo link, and it says rugbaí beo but it's showing a programme about Kerry footballers. I'll just have to go back to listening to the Welsh :P.

EDIT: Never mind, I see there's a small icon on the programme that's saying it's available in Ireland only.
