Under cabinet LED lighting

    I would like to change my under cabinet kitchen lighting for LED lights but I'm not quite sure what to get.
    I've been looking online and I found a roll of LEDs that seem ideal as I would be able to cut them, run some cable and join on to where I want to continue.
    The also have a measurement in "K" eg:6400K, what would be best for a kitchen?
    Would anyone know of a store in Cork where I could buy these?
