    Hi all,

    Where to begin. I've gone from running 5 marathons in 5 days to struggling to finish 5k.

    Today i am starting my 100 days of change which will see me targeting a half marathon PB at the end of it while dropping my weight ( currently 103.8kg ) and hoping to make my diabetics more manageable.

    I'll post about my road back to fitness and my weekly weight.

    I have a FB page set up for it and i'll post the link later if that is ok with the mods.
