Hey, You! The Rock Steady Crew!

January, sick and tired you've been hanging on me, you make me sad with your eyes. You're telling me lies. Don't go, don't go...

It's that time of the week again, lets see who narrowly avoided having to listen to Ray Darcy talk about himself this week ...

Welsh Megaman's former Coronation Street Co-Star Kym Marsh is on. Yep, her out of Hear'Say is on to plug something and tell tales of life in Weatherfield with WM. Probably.

GAA Pundit One-Kidneyed Solicitor Joe Brolly talks about something or other.

Karl Henry out of Operation Transformation's Dad Pat found out late in life he was adopted, so we'll hear all about that.

Eamonn Holmes off Sky News and This Morning and many other Televisual things is talking about his up coming Double Hip replacement.
We've gone from Hip Hop to Hip Ops in less than a week

The RTE Concert Orchestra make a rare appearance on RTE. They will be performing with John Grant, Walking on Cars and Ralph McTell. Ooh, I do hope Ralph McTell does Streets of London :)

I agree, not much there. But sure don't shoot the messenger. You know yourself, there's probably someone else who has been through a tough time recently. Sure it wouldn't be Friday Night without it. Party On.

"So, Eamonn, the auld **** beneath the news desk caught up with you."

"Is Kay Burley the ride I think she is ?"

Statements and questions we will not hear.

Expect...."With a name like Eamonn you must be on home ground ...ha ha ha".

Karl Henry out of Operation Transformation's Dad Pat found out late in life he was adopted, so we'll hear all about that.

Not very nice as the family only found out through the media that he was doing this.

Which family is that septic? I don't watch it so I don't know who he is...a contestant's dad, how did this come about?

    Great OP Skid!

Looks like a decent enough show, in the context of it being The Late Late Show.

Can't wait to hear what Eamon Holmes has to say. Ha! I'm joking of course, who could possibly care about that?

Anyway, see you later, January blues. Thanks for nothing.

    Party on, dudes!

Yeah, hard to know what was going on there.

But it's pure LLS to find a sad Adoption Story

There must be hundreds of people who have tracked down their Birth Mother or Father (or both) and eventually developed a happy relationship with them. TV3 and ITV both have series full of stories like that. It wouldn't be difficult to arrange an interview with people who went through the process successfully.

The LLS could have upbeat Human Interest stories instead of people dying, dead or estranged from their families every week.

Happens all the time Skid, there are equally good stories along with the sad ones. I know of several personally. I don't believe for a minute one mother would give up her child without a valid reason. I can't even imagine what a mother would go through having to do that......:(

Imagine a happy story on the LLS.........

    Meh.

How's that RTE dressing room? Big enough for you! Eh?! :p:D

I know, just let it go.

Has she got a buke out? She can't read a script, let alone a buke

    Epic!

"Look down there's Tickle Town ... and there's the River Tum"

When I was very small watching that, I always liked the Presenters in Tickle on The Tum as they were always happy and looked like they were about to burst out laughing. :)

Now I watch The Late Late Show and I am sad because the Presenter is sad and all the guests are unhappy and they look like they are about to cry :(

Shall we get the Joe Brolly puns out of the way now?

    Ok, I'll go first...

His GAA analysis leaves all other punditry in the SHADE.

OK starting with a Blonde - a top red on the rad , and sitting in hope.

Kids asleep , what lie ahead - there is always great hope at the start.

If Ryan fails again - he should just pull the lamb out of the bag.

    The 2016 version...

''Look down there's Tickle Town...destroyed by Storm Desmond after the River Tum burst its banks and the Enviroment Agency failed to provide adequate flood defences.

    Tum. On. The Tickle.'' :)
