Easing myself back into fitness

Long story short, lifted weights for years and did MMA for a few too. Back to college the last two years and exercise has fallen off.

Want to get back to it through home workouts (as college fees prevent me getting a PT currently) so can anyone recommend a program to ease me back in?

I have a kettlebell, chin bar, and resistance band to work with at home. Goal is simply to get moving again and build up strength and cardiovascular fitness.
