Hi guys just looking for advise on how to rid this fat on my arms. Not sure is it loose skin or just bingo wings. Iv got a few kettlebells so I'm looking for toning exercises if anyone has any advice? Thanks so much .

You can't spot reduce. You'll have to look at your diet and aim to lose body fat all over.

    Kettlebell swings, lunges, overhead press.

Your best bet is to get a program off a trainer, though.

You could do kettle bell pull overs and also tricep dips.

do all this to begin with.

You need to drop body fat everywhere and working the arms only would be a very inefficient way to attain your goal
