weekly meal plans/app

I struggle to get inspiration on what to cook and just end up cooking the same things week in week out. Is there any website that conveniently breaks down a Mon-fri meal plan with recipes etc? Or an app? I think I remember seeing one in a weekend newspaper supplement but can think which one! Anyone have any ideas? :)
