    'Making a Murderer' defence lawyer Dean Strang will appear on the Ray D'Arcy Show tonight. Strang features in the Netflix documentary which charts the trial of Steven Avery for the murder of Teresa Halbach in Wisconsin in 2007. Avery had previously served 18 years for a sexual assault of which he was later cleared by DNA evidence. Two years later he was arrested by the same Manitowoc County police service for murder. Strang has become something of a celebrity since the documentary aired on Netflix in December as many people believe Avery to be innocent of the murder despite the fact he was convicted of the crime and is now serving time. The documentary has exposed several alleged flaws in the criminal justice system and they are issues Strang faces head on in the course of the trial.
    He has also become an unlikely heartthrob, along with fellow defence lawyer Jerry Buring.

    Also appearing on the show this week is Celebrity Big Brother housemate and ex-wife of David Bowie, Angie Bowie.
    TV chef Neven Maguire and his wife and business partner Amelda will be in studio too and Jules Coll, star of Damo and Ivor, will be chatting about losing 9 stone.

    Music will come courtesy of up and coming Dublin band Mongrel State.

    Looking forward to Strang being interviewed but Darcy will probably make a hames of it. Making a murderer has being a hot topic in Madm's house hold last couple of weeks.

    Good evening everybody. Just sitting down to a home made curry and a bottle of strong red wine

    I'm looking forward to seein Dean Strang. I just finished watching M a M last night. Seems liike a very genuine guy. I wonder will Ray ask him about the hurling statue in his office. Irish connections etc.

    I have never watched this show since it started.

    I'm only watching tonight for Dean Strang but I have a feeling Ray Darcy will embarrass us Irish.
