Safari - scrolling lag

Anyone else having page rendering issues when scrolling on Ipad Air ? Always happens on Boards while fast scrolling, the lower section blanks for maybe a second. A right pain in the ar5e. I've opened up chrome & dolphin on a split 50:50 screen with same sites and no issue on other browser, just Safari.
