Nearly passing out on High Incline Bench

It's a bit of an odd one. A few weeks ago I swapped doing military press for High Incline Bench. Last week and more so this week when I unrack and lower the bar I get close to passing out. It feels identical to being choked out.
It only happens on the 1st rep and after that it's fine but obviously it's less than ideal.
    Anyone else ever experience this?

How bizarre. I take it you don't have similar issues with any other movement?

No obviously if I go balls out on Deadlifts or Squats but this is happening on the 1st rep of a weight that I can do for 6-7 reps for 3 or more sets. It's not like I'm trembling under a weight I'm trying to get a 1Rm on.
Maybe it's because I'm so terrible at pressing it's my body's way of saying "come on stop embarrassing yourself, go do some squats"!
