    Hey all,

I want to join a gym in Dublin. Living in East Wall so preferably one in the Northside area, I think one in town would be too much hassle to get to.

Does anyone have a membership for the Westwood in Clontarf? I know the membership is quite expensive, is it worth it? Or is there anywhere better in the area? Thanks!

If you regularly use it, it's worth it. My OH is a member and enjoys going. I went twice before, but wouldn't pay their fees, as I think they are a bit high. Dont pay the stupid high joining fee. you can haggle out of it.

Resurrecting this thread. Anyone any recommendations for gyms in or near East Wall. There's a new one near Lidl that looks decent. Any others around?

There's a new gym on Church Road, East Wall. I haven't been in it so can't comment.

Not sure if it's your thing, but there is an excellent CrossFit gym in Fairview. Ronin CrossFit. Can't recommend it highly enough.

There's also TNDO Fitness on the North Strand which isn't far. It's just off Ossory Road.
