It depends on what they're offering (and who they are), but probably not. You can expect to pay €250-500 per half day for reputable SEO consultants, if they're charging by time.

It's hard to describe but the main thing was the customer agreed to pay 300e for on-page seo, so after my work his page would be anywhere on first page in google, in relation to the keyword we have agreed too...After i've done my work he said he has hired another person to do seo, and that person said that i am ripping my customer off so he is not gonna pay me my salary agreed.
The bottom line is: how to charge for that kind of work?
