need a bit of help to change my chest routine a bit. not seeing as much progress or feeling the burn in this area as I used to and suspect I need to change it up a bit.

    start with
    1. flat bench (4 sets of 70 kg 10reps,12 reps,10reps,8 reps)
    2. incline dumbbell press (4 sets of 30 kg 10,12,10,8) superset sometimes with dumbbell flies (10kg to fail)
    3. incline dumbbell flies (15 kg 12,15,12,10)
    4 flat dumbbell flies (17.5kg 12,15,12,10)
    5. cable chest flies (4 sets normally 10-15 reps)
    6. chest press machine (3 sets of 40kg to failure)

    a few things,
    - theres no place to do dips as such in the gym
    - dumbbells only go up to 30kg.

Any ideas of a change that may be good?

Do you always use the same weight?

    DAY1
    A1) Bench Press x6 @ 4010
    A2) Flys x12 @ 3010
    A3) Push Ups x15 @ 2010

    DAY2
    A1) Dumbbell Bench Press x6 @4010
    A2) Incline Barbell Bench x12 @3010
    A3) Cable Crossover x15 @2010

4 rounds each day. Control tempo - if you can't, it's too heavy.

    A1, 10s break, A2, 10s break, A3, 90s break, repeat

*Tempo speed (in seconds): 4=lowering, 0=pause at bottom, 1=concentric, 0=pause at top

And no - it's not 'over training'.

Seems like a good routine but you should change it up every so often. Introduce pushups at the end as a burnout. Dumbell pullovers are another good exercise to introduce.
I would also recommend upping the weight on your bench and incline bench and lowering the reps to change to more of a strength style training.

Even try switching around your order. As in start from 6 and work your way back to 1
