On my phone so no fancy preview! However the game deserves a thread.

Game kicking off now on SS2.

Must win for Ulster, preferably with a BP. Ulster yave made a few changes, notably at half back with Marshall and Humphreys starting and Sam Arnold starts on the wing with Gilroy, so a risky selection with other games in mind I guess.

    Bright start by Oyonnax.

    That scrum was impressive

Ulster need to up the feckin physicality here. They are under pressure in the scrum and the Oyonnax has ran over the top of Henry and now we've mauled off the park for a try.

    FFS

Try Oyonnax. Ulster haven't turned up yet

Another demonstration of up front power from Oyonnax

Oyonnax may be around the bottom of the Top 14 table, but they are not push over. Ulster need to tak them more seriously than this.

FFS Henry, the Oyonnax 6 is eating you alive pal!

10 minutes in and Ulster are getting dominated.

Our powder puff pack is back.

Ulster need to step up right now or face a real uphill struggle. Oyonnax tails are up and their fans are getting behind them

    We are clueless

    Diack is useless

Feck me Diack you should have your contract terminated on the spot for that attempt of a tackle.

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,758 ✭✭✭✭bilston

Jeesh this team selection is looking a dodgy call.

  • Registered Users Posts: 16,780 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Not only are gaps appearing in Ulster's line, they're missing first up tackles.

Shameful attempt from Diack on the Oyonnax hooker. His weak tackling leads to a 50 metre break and an easy 3 point kick.

I knew diack was soft but that was farcical

Back row forward tackling like that is a disgrace. If he can't tackle what use is he on the pitch?

I couldn't understand the team selection from Ulster. They have played a lot of games but given their position the obvious course of action was to write of Saracens away particularly given Ulster's dodgy away record. Ulster lucky not to be 14 down.

He has some qualities but he's one of the least physical backrow forwards I've ever seen. Been saying it for years.

Better. Shame it came to nothing.

Good break from Arnold but poor execution to lose the ball in that situation

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,075 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

The risky team selection could haunt Ulster here. But they should be well able for Oyonnax. That said, Oyonnax are really up for this.

Christ Ulster get your actual half backs on the pitch

Humphreys' tackling is nothing short of comical.

Game is starting to get away from Ulster now. Sending the seconds might not have been the best idea(especially if they are being rested with Sarries away in mind).

  • Registered Users Posts: 26,899 ✭✭✭✭BBDBB

Oyo don't have to do much more, just keep stretching the score away

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,758 ✭✭✭✭bilston

This is embarassing. A fecking disgrace actually.

13-0 Only one team in this.

Kiss needs to show balls and put Williams, Jackson and Pienaar on now.
