Fitbit+strava questions

Anyone here use a fitbit charge? I have it synced with Strava but they give two different values for the calories burnt for a cycle. Now I realise both are probably wrong but I would have thought the fitbit would just pull all the data from Strava like it does for Runkeeper? Also it's still counting steps while I'm on the…
