Touch site create a post button issue

    I'm using IE11 on Windows Phone 8.1. On the touch site whenever I tap somewhere on the top blue bar (the area above the search bar) that isn't one of the other three icon (boards logo, forums menu button or user account button), it registers as me tapping the create post button on the top right of the screen. This doesn't seem to happen on any other website or app I try it on so it doesn't seem to be an issue with my touch screen.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
