I'm currently looking at the Bella beju01 1000 watt juicer ( not a blender ). There are tons of them put there, all seeming to be 700 to 1000 watt. Does those extra 300 watts make a difference? What does anyone else use?

    Thanks

Depending on how serious you are about juicing, the juicer you're looking at is ok for starting off. Juice quality will be poor compared to cold pressed juice, and cleaning is an absolute pig. But it'll do for the occasional juice.
If your planning on doing it a lot, look at masticating juicers. They're more expensive but produce a much better juice and cleaning is simple.
