Three 3G connections

Hi All I have approx 35 three bb connections around the country on customer sites that they use to remotely access their equipment. Over the last 10 days 8 of these connections have dropped and on investigation I discovered that 1/ there is no "3" network available but only O2 and 2/ the equipment in these areas will not…

Hi All
I have approx 35 three bb connections around the country on customer sites that they use to remotely access their equipment. Over the last 10 days 8 of these connections have dropped and on investigation I discovered that
1/ there is no "3" network available but only O2 and
2/ the equipment in these areas will not connect to a 3g network only 2g.
It would appear that the only common factor to these sites aside from the 3/o2 network is the type of dongle being used (Huawei E122)!!!!
Has anyone come accross this problem yet?
If so has there been any resolution from 3 of any kind?

Have done already today, Saturday and 3 other days last week, also 3 days the previous week. Am just hoping for some tech feedback!
